While working at Improved Racing // Orlando Laser Engraving I wore many hats. I was the creative designer and project manager. I created many custom items for in house, customers and B2B agency work. I had never worked with many of these items before. This gave me a very unique work experience and taught me a lot. While I had repeat customers the job definitely had it’s challenges. Not only did I learn to become an efficient problem solver, I also developed excellent customer service skills.
